Die Outlook Adresse war auf der Homepage von Menshilfe als Kontakt angegeben.

Löblich, dass hier der NL-Mann einspringt.

Jedoch zeigt es mMn. auf, dass es beim deutschen Ableger (noch) nicht rund läuft.

@DutchDiscounter In the old thread (was deleted in the meantime) you said its not your shop, in the beginning of this thread you said its yours (which makes sense because you linked your email adress on the website) and now again you say its not your shop. Can you please explain and verify who owns this shop and who is responsible?

Hallo, hier ist wieder der Gast mit der Bestellung vom 26.05.26:
Gestern habe ich Menshilfe erneut per E-Mail kontaktiert und mich nach dem Eingang meiner Zahlung und dem Versand der Ware erkundigt.
Keine Antwort bis jetzt, auch nicht in der Spam Box.
Eine Anfrage über das Kontaktformular der Homepage blieb auch unbeantwortet.
Sieht so aus, als hätte ich 25 € Lehrgeld bezahlt.
Bei dem Betrag sicher verkraftbar, aber da der Mutter-Shop aus Holland ja scheinbar zuverlässig ist, hätte ich das so nicht erwartet.

We helped them, they buy stock by us but the do their own delivering, and answering clients by email for service. It's for the rest their own bussiness and bankaccount;)

Ich bekam am Morgen des 06.06. tatsächlich eine knappe Email mit dem Text: "we sent new Sir"
Passiert ist seitdem: Nichts.
Die Bestellnummer war amazon028
