Already in this forum we can see people complaining about non-delivery on a daily basis, but SEP/BIB always claimed to be a shop with much more customers than just those from Menshelp. This means: What we see here in this forum is just a small percentage of actual complaints, there must be a few times more...

The big advantage from a MH member compared to all the other ones is though: They can complain on this public thread and will usually get their order after the second or third attempt. But, what about all the countless customers, that dont know this forum? What about all the customers that dont know DutchDiscounter is helping SEP/BIB? They will never reach you because of an allegedly "spam filter".

And what about PostNL, you say they are responsible for lots of complaints. Seriously, shouldnt you re-think about your OPSEC? I mean if it would be true that they are responsible for so many lost packages, that could mean the police is catching up on you and you are going to be caught In this situation it would be a smart move to pause your business and fix the error. Resolving problems first before continuing business would also be fair to your customers. I would recommend to change location of sending, type of envelope etc. on a regular basis. But you know what? PostNL is actually very reliable, i receive many letters and packages from them, never ever failed and always fast. The problem must be on your side

To be honest i feel stupid for saying all this, because you are in this business for many years now, and you should know how to keep a business smooth an running

Hallo Mods und Admins, ich hoffe es ist ok das ich den Shop auf Englisch anschreibe, damit kommen die offenbar besser zurecht. Auch hoffe ich, mein Beitrag ist ok und wird freigegeben. Zudem würde ich euch gerne dazu anregen eure Haltung zu den bzw. DEM Shop(s) DD/SEP/BIB zu überdenken. Das ist ja nichts, was man bedenkenlos einem guten Freund empfehlen kann - ganz im Gegenteil! Wegen der schlechten Kommunikation (die nur über das Forum zuverlässig funktioniert) und den vielen abhanden gekommenen Bestellungen sollte man doch eher warnen... Ganz unabhängig davon, dass im Fall einer Forumsbeschwerde nachgeliefert wird...

Bei mir gibt es gleiche oder ähnliche Probleme. Bestellung aufgegeben, Summe überwiesen. Seitdem keine Änderung im Auftragsstatus bei der Auftragsübersicht. Steht immer noch auf "Bezahldetails versendet".
Verschiedene Emails werden nicht beantwortet. Weder auf die hier angegebene, noch auf die Shop-Adresse. Langsam wird es ärgerlich, da sich dieses Verhalten ja anscheinend häuft.
