Hi i have ordered the 21 february you sent me the las email the 22 february said payment ok and item shipped . It 31 march im still waiting my order and track number is not available in PostNL i sent more than 5 email to your customers support and was useless never had a reply. I am a bit annoyed can you check where is my item please? thank you

Wenn ich sowas lese, das ist schon echt bitter, vor so langer Zeit bestellt und noch keine Lieferung.. geschweige denn ne Antwort auf die zahlreichen Mail

that can't be your claim. there seems to be a lot of orders, so you'll have to hire more staff for customer support. otherwise you only alienate your customers.
