we are Dutch Discounter and a 2nd company is BIB (with webshop), we only help BIB by communication etc cause owne is sick and can t handle everything at this moment and they have double orders now so bussy it is and the Post can t handle it cause its Xmass month and corona and lockdown in Holland, sotoo bussy with too less employment
also we must do our work next normal work
98% of the orders are going 1rst time correct deliverd by our clients, only some very late, it's now between 5 and 18 workdays. A few are lost, and after we are sure we sent new that's 100% guaranty like always.

BIB has 10x more orders than us Dutch discounter and they have the same percentages complains what is mostly about the post, what is not our fault, so don t know which famous big legal companies give the same service and percentages like that...
some clients see later they give wrong housenr or adress , thats not our fault, or wait too short for question, we can t send 2nd package too quick , so can happen 1rst also deliver late, and we lost 1 package in money, it also happens.
There is a situation in the world, corona, lockdown holland, post problems in Holland, xmass month etc. We must work with that facts. In January it must be normal again.
