Contact them, they must have the package, cause there is NEVER en returnadress on it, so they CAN NOT sent it back too us. You must directly contact them (often Hermes) and claim your package.\

Kann mir hier jemand behilflich sein?!
Habe am 6.4. Bestellt am 7 bezahlt .
Und das, nicht zum ersten mal.
Laut Dutch Discounter und Trackingnummer wurde das Päckchen am Freitag versendet.
Heute hat angeblich der Postbote versucht das Päckchen zu zustellen(laut Trackingnr.)
was allerdings nicht stimmt da ich das Päckchen erwartet habe bzw.die ganze Zeit daheim war.
Nun meine frage!
Wer liefert die Päckchen im Auftrag der Post Nl hier aus?
DHL,Hermes ,GLS ?
Wäre schön wenn ich rechtzeitig eine Antwort bekommen würde
somit könnte ich mich morgen sofort bei dem jeweiligen Packet dienst erkundigen bevor das
Päckchen beim ev.Gauner (Postbote)bleibt, da es nicht zurückgesendet werden kann.
