Which Tesafilm (we call it Sellotape) was broken? I normally seal both the inner AND outer envelopes...........if any products were damaged I will happily replace them upon return, I can't say fairer than that. |

Recorded packages should be accepted (if they are handled by DHL here in Germany), recorded/registered letters are not accepted.

No. One of your competitor shops once sent me a package that required a signature to my Packstation account. It never arrived and disapeared in nirvana  . An employee at the DHL hotline told me it was sent back to sender, although the shops customer service wrote in an email that there was no return adress written on it  . There should be a post man with a boner now...  |

Perhaps it didn't meet the required size.............and no I don't mean the post mans boner!!? I hope that you had a replacement send out.
