Tried your shop with a test order, Cenforce offer, 2 strips, just to see, how fast and reliable your service might be. Ordered some 10 days ago. Now, I do live close to the NL and mail usually reaches me in...well you guessed it. No customs notice, so it would have to magically disappear...yeah.

I then tried to reach your 'answering in a day' service guy...I can affirm hereby, he doesn't answer in 3 days. Used the contact form on your website.
I clearly stated in short terms, what I had ordered and how long I was waiting til then...and that I guess my order had been 'lost' or maybe never sent at all?
Stated my order # and asked for just confirmation: Order sent/Order not sent and wait...no idea if you are shipping once a week in bulk or what. No I didn't choose track and trace for a 18,75 order. The money was sent in real time to your account, order # in it, no mention of anything, correct bank account and everything. Didn't even get a confirmation mail, no your order has been shipped, nothing. (no idea if you do this even on not jnsured orders)
Right now, my first experience with your business is a little...ehm...mixed up to now. To be polite. I wouldn't have posted this, if I got an answer btw...but like I said. Nothing. (yes, I know what a spam folder is, I do work in IT...)
