Ich habe selbiges Problem seit 19.12. Aber es wurde zugesagt neu zu versenden!!
Es sei angemerkt, ich erhalte sehr oft anderweitige Post aus den NL ( Dauer 5...max 7 Werktage zu Weihnachten z.B.)
Hatte vor ca. 10 Jahren Kontakt mit Sep und da war mehrfach alles korrekt und die damaligen Fakeproduke( siehe Forum )kommen nun aus anderer östlicher Richtung !
Ich hoffe noch, dass es sich klärt und bin gespannnt!
Kommunikation funktioniert aber einwandfrei !

You didn t order with track and trace if you did u have 100% guarantuee for new sendings, but we give good service so even that u dont had right at a new sending cause you ordered by normal post we sent a 2nd order, and today we sent at our costs a 3rd sending with track and trace.

So we give WOW service even when things are lost by the post

Meine Bestellung wurde am 8.12. bestätigt und versendet gemeldet. immer wieder nachgefragt. 3 Tracking-Links erhalten, die ins Leere gelaufen sind.
Fazit: Bis heute nichts erhalten!
