Wenn das DHL Nederlands war wo du angerufen hast, wissen die das bei Post NL ein Ticket für den Weitertransport nach Deutschland eingelastet wurde. Den Transfer innerhalb Post NL koennen die nicht sehen.

Mein Einschreiben hat definitiv 10 Tage ein Päuschen in Viersen gemacht, und ging dann erst weiter nach Hannover.
Das ist keine Gequatsche, das weiß ich von einem Chefpostfrosch, der hat das illegal für mich rausbekommen.

Also , mach dich ein wenig locker und hör auf hier rumzubashen

@ Anastacia, your order you can follow by track and trace code what we have sent you by DHL and you can see today it's deliverd bij DHL in Koln, so it's on your way....

For the rest we need time now too answer everybody, everybody get his order, 95% of the orders are deliverd, others are on their way, only the vilitra 60 mg was a borderproblem 2 times, and we mention that

also that DHL orders is by own risk of the client

Please we can not bring a order by ourselves in 2 days at your adress the service of Post NL , DHL etc. is not in our hands

Wir brauchen jetzt etwas zeit um Allen zu antworten, jeder bekommt seinen Auftrag, 95% sind beliefert, andere Aufträge sind unterwegs - nur die Vilitra60 sind im Rückstand.
Wir können nicht garantieren dass DHL innerhalb von zwei Tagen liefert, das liegt nicht in unserer Hand

The complete history as far as we know :

You have ordered with us Friday-evening July 31,
On SUNDAY August 2 at 20:58 , you asked us by mail for a shipment confirmation and tracking code.
On August 3 at 00:36 , we answered : We will send you a trackingnumber after we receive your payment and it is shipped.
On August 3 at 09:17 , we confirmed by mail that the payment was received and we are packing the order, ready transport by DHL (but not shipped yet !!)
On August 4 at 14:43 , you asked again for a trackingnumber
On August 4 at 17:55 , we booked online the shipment and send you by mail the tracking number and made the shipment label. That you can see on https://www.dhlparcel.de/ wenn you would enter your bar code which was send now to you allready THREE times
On August 5 at 09:59 , you posted a message on the forum, stating that your question about a trackingnumber was not answered ..... We directly send you a PN. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY CLUE THAT YOU AND HIM (from the above mails) ARE THE SAME PERSON
On August 5 at 12:01 , you send us again a message about the trackingnumber ....
On August 5 at 12:08 , you send us again a mail that you have posted a message on the Forum with your complains..
On August 5 at 13:07 , we send you a seperate mail with the barcode. and stating Payment received Aug 3, send Aug 5

WHY DID NOT RECEIVE OUR EMAILS WITH THE BARCODE.

Furthermore, on August 3 we wrote on the forum about DHL "Although DHl gives us directly a barcode and we send this to you, DHL told us that only when the shipment arrives at DHL general warehouse in Germany, you will be able to track the shipment. "

Why ?

We ask you please remove all your negative postings or anyway reconsider this.
You are not honest and draw hasty conclusions.
Also, you state that you order is worth € 200, but in fact it is less than € 137,00.
And it is not lost as you will see yourself in a few days when the package arrives.

SEP you should put customers like Anastasia28 on a black list, some customers have severe problems and always blame others, they don't deserve to be served

SEP lernt gerade den typischen Deutschen kennen, da muss man sich als selbiger direkt fremdschämen...

100% ACK! And this User did the same "story" in May with sutrapills. Some people better should go into a local pharmacy...
