BIB has no handwritten labels

and if there is a track nr than is it by the post, else we don t have a track nr... and we are not the post

that bib owner is sick and communicate bad we know, we only help here at Menshelp and in our own email dutchdiscounter@hotmail.com if clients reach us with complain and order nr, cause we don t have entrance to emailaccounts from BIB.

Als bisher zufriedener Kunde von Betterinbed, sehe ich mich jetzt gezwungen, mich negativ über den Shop zu äußern.
Ich habe am 11.05.22 in dem Shop bestellt und da immer alles super geklappt hat, habe ich auch ohne die Bestätigung abzuwarten, meine Bestellung bezahlt mit über € 100,--.
Bis heute aber ich weder die Bestellung bestätigt bekommen, noch auf 2 oder 3 Anfragen, per Mail, sowie per Kontaktformular eine Antwort erhalten, halt stimmt nicht ganz, nach meiner ersten Mail habe ich eine automatisch generierte Antwort über den Eingang meiner Mail erhalten. Seitdem völlige Funkstille.

Dann sehe ich, das gestern hier von dem Shop eine Werbung gepostet wird, nun, offenbar lebt der Shop und vielleicht kommt ja auch noch etwas.
