Heute ist der 12.03.2022. Die Ware die ich am 06.02.2022 bei Ihnen bestellt habe ist bis zum heutigen Tag hier immer noch nicht eingetroffen Die Auftragsnr. # gelöscht von MOD - das Forum ist kein shopservice mit der Sendenummer # gelöscht von MOD - das Forum ist kein shopservice ist laut PostNL gar nicht vorhanden oder wurde immer noch nicht versendet. Es nervt mich das die lieferung zum wiederholten male nicht hier angekommen ist bis jetzt ... vorallem nervt es das sie sich nicht zurückmelden da ich ihnen schon mehrmals geschrieben habe. Wollen sie mich betrügen oder wie soll ich das auffassen. Wieviel Bettelbriefe muß man ihnen noch schreiben das sie sich endlich mal darum kümmern. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht das ihr Shop so schlecht geworden ist und sie ihre kundschaft um ihr gelt betrügen denn es ist nicht das erste mal das ich um mein geld gebracht wurde und die ware nicht versendet wurde.

Are you kidding us? It's not "Post NL" that's the problem, it's your shop! I work in the border area near the Netherlands and we regularly receive mail from the Netherlands every week. Nothing ever disappears! And there are no shipping times of several weeks either. You are telling us fairy tales...

And why are no emails answered? Is that also the fault of Post NL?

You only respond to complaints in this forum so that your reputation is not ruined even further. The buyers who don't know about menshelp never get their goods.

Look at your ratings on Trustpilot and similar portals, I don't remeber any shop has ever had such lousy ratings.

we are not kidding, we sent the track and trace as proof that means we deliver the orders by the post cause else we don t get a track and trace code

we gonna ask what is better post company cause we lost too much money too sent double orders now, is GLS an good option you think?

we lost less by postpackages than by track and trace letters, even letters without track and trace we have almost no lost. We think they check more and more the track and trace letters?

You are obliged to put a sender name on shipments that go outside of NL (check that on the Post NL website). Maybe thats the reason why you lose so much shipments. Also post workers can easier steal packages without sender name (they know that noboy can complain if there is no sender name) and you make yourself an easy target without sender name because its suspicious.

You only buy and print a shipping label, but you don't actually hand over the packages to PostNL to ship the goods - that's why the status never changes Only after complaint you will actually ship it. That's a very common scam method, mostly used in the Darknet. If complain, you would do it to keep your reputation, as user @Flocki pointet out. How about all those people that don't know this forum? They lost all their money because you never reply them...

You can get track and trace code by just buying it online. That doesn't mean you actually shipped it and could be the explanation why the status never changes

Meine Bestellung ist bisher auch noch nicht gekommen. Hatte nie Probleme bisher, find es schade zu lesen das es anscheinend bei euch zu vielen Problemen gerade kommt.
