Das Problem ist tatsächlich in letzter Zeit die Erreichbarkeit. Ich selbst habe eine Lieferung aus dem November nie erhalten (Problem schon auf der Absenderseite, die NL Post hat die administrativen Angaben erfasst, aber es wurde nie ein Paket auf den Weg geschickt) und seit Januar mehrere Versuche unternommen, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Kein Ergebnis, ich kriege keine Antwort und keine Lieferung.

Die neueste Bestellung Ende Februar ist auf Status "Bezahlsdetails versendet" (also unbezahlt) stehengeblieben, obwohl ich vor einer Woche bezahlt habe. Auch hier: Keinerelei Reaktion auf Kontaktversuche.

Hallo,
Ich habe meine Ware auch immer noch nicht bekommen. Wurde angeblich am 8.2 versendet. Trackingnummer habe ich, aber bekomme nur immer die Meldung, Zeitpunkt der Lieferung noch unbekannt und das seit fast 3 Wochen.
Habe schon 3 Mails geschrieben und immer nur als Antwort die Standard Mail bekommen, ihre Anfrage ist eingegangen und ein Mitarbeiter wird sich darum kümmern.
Schade habe schon mal dort bestellt und das lief ohne Probleme. Kann verstehen das man mal Probleme hat, aber man sollte sich die Zeit nehmen und Mails beantworten. So verliert man schnell Kunden.

Oh, I personally can see that since I am a regular customer and most of the orders are arriving quickly and without any issues. However, if your order is under those 2-3% which are having issues, you see things a little differently.
