I have another bad experiennce with https://www.hollandwebshop.ga/ aka. betterinbed. I did my order:

Datum 17.02.2022

The tracking doesnt work and I still havent got my items. I tried the support severall times but no one is responding. Im a long customer since 2014, and I was very satisfied in the beginning but the Quality unfortunetly of the support and its whole delivery system went very bad. Please make sure you send the items fast, I used track and trace shipment and really hope to receive my stuff. Last time it was also declared as "shipped" and I never received anything. Please get back to me asap. Im a loyal customer since years. I hope you guys manage to get back that dutch high standard service

Thanks for answering but thats not true, as you can see I tracked the parcel once more and it seems like its gone lost. Please resend a parcel.

is the same message as here where you can check your order nr and track and trace, so you can put it in the website from post.nl like everybody do when their order nr and track and trace is here online

its not so difficult

ps maybe you can also check your spambox from email

but same info you can read here back
