Also ich habe gestern eine sehr freundliche Mail bekommen und darin war geschrieben das ich selbstverständlich die fehlende Preparede nachgeliefert bekomme.

Ich habe den Shop schon 2 mal angeschrieben und keine Antwort bekommen. Laut Bestellverlauf wurde die Bestellung am 08.02.22 versendet.
