Wir bedauern, Ihnen mitteilen zu mussen, dass aufgrund Fehlkommunikation Ihrer Bestellung noch nicht gesendet wurde. Nächste Woche komt wieder neue Ware im Lager und wird Ihre Bestellung abgeschickt, Sie werden eine Mitteilung erhalten daruber. Wir werden auch einen extra Streife wegen die Unannehmlichkeiten hinzuzufügen.


P. S. Wenn ich mich nicht ganz täusche, gab es da zum Thema Lagerhaltung vor etwas über einer Woche hier im Forum nicht ganz andere Meldungen seitens SEP?
Die Kommunikation ist bisher allerdings vorbildlich. Dafür ein großes Lob an SEP

Maybe a little bit of explanation is needed.

Several customers have received more products than purchased.
This caused a difference in real stock and stock according to the administration, and so on paper it was possible to send the orders, but in fact we did not have enough stock anymore. We are sorry for this and are trying our utmost to inform everybody about this and send the orders a.s.a.p. Every customer of which his order is delayed, will be send something extra for the inconvinience caused.
Everything should be fine again within one week.

So, wie es sich gehört, bestätige ich heute den Erhalt meiner Order. Vorgestern kam die Ware bei mir an. Verpackung einwandfrei.
Wie von SEP angekündigt, waren aufgrund der kleinen Verzögerung auch ein paar zusätzliche Muster verschiedenen Produkte dabei. Lieben Dank an SEP - alles TOP gelaufen

So, we can also ask put here the order number what is not arrived, than we can see if it's really an existing order number and if we can email the client, when they don't give an order nr, than we can believe there is no order?

By intern mail the most complainers don't give any reaction, so when I don t get my paid order, I shall alway give reaction as client, because I want what I paid for? Not only complain here and for the rest do nothing, that is strange, not?

And for the sometimes longer postsending, yes can happen from post from Holland too Germany, we do our best to do it good and quick, and yes we are not perfect, but we Always give reaction, or solution when something goes wrong, when the client email us with order number so we can see who is the client and what is the order etc.

Ok, but we need proof that a complain is right and true, and also for here the viewers is good too know if bad people are bashing us wit not true information... How we can proof that?

We think is good too know for everybody that the information on this forum is true and right... We are thinking how we can do that....

Don't worry! If some dozen users are satisfied with your service - and only one or two are not, everybody knows, that this is only bashing by competitors.

Mahlzeit,

meine erste Lieferung war in der Tat ewig unterwegs. Das Labeldatum von Post NL war genau wie von SEP mitgeteilt. Zwei Tage später Ankunft in D, da gabs das DHL Label......
.....und das wars dann erstmal....Die DHL Fritzen sind mit meinem Einschreiben durch die Gegend gefahren....ohne Aktualisierung der Trackingnummer. Irgendwann lag dann die Benachrichtigung im Briefkasten.
Die inzwischen getriggerte Nachlieferung kam völlig easy und fix.
Einen Vorwurf kann ich SEP beim besten Willen nicht machen.

An die Kritiker :

Überlegt mal auf welchen Spielfeld wir uns hier bewegen....macht euch also locker.
Oder lasst euch beim Urologen eures Vertrauens 300 Viagra verschreiben, könnt ihr in der Apotheke gleich mitnehmen und habt nix zu meckern.

Warum den Erhalt bestätigen, SEP verschickt doch mit Sendungsverfolgung (track and trace)?

Dann wissen die doch, ob und wann zugestellt wurde!
