Kleine Testbestellung bei BiB/SEP.

Am 25.8. bestellt und bezahlt, gestern lag der Umschlag im Briefkasten. Versanddauer also noch okay.

Die Lieferung war vollständig, einige Produkte waren allerdings schon zwei Jahre alt. Stört mich eher weniger, könnte aber für MHD-Fans auf Grund der geringen Restlaufzeit ein Problem sein.

Die Bestellung ist aber definitiv nichts für Paranoiker, weil die Verpackung auch gegenüber dem blindesten Briefträger den Inhalt nicht zu verbergen vermag. Die Pillchen rasselten bei der kleinsten Bewegung wie eine Klapperschlange mit ADHS und falls der Briefträger auch noch taub sein sollte, reicht eine kurze Berührung um den Inhalt problemlos ertasten zu können. Das ist angesichts der astronomischen Versandkosten eher armselig, andere Händler - die noch dazu deutlich weniger Versandspesen auf die tatsächlichen Portokosten aufschlagen - können das deutlich besser.

Fazit: Aus meiner Sicht als Schulnote insgesamt eine 3+, da ist also noch reichlich Luft nach oben.

ps every day a lot of orders are sended for many years in the same packages, and we have 2% complains about that...

The shipping costs to Germany are € 12.55. I have no problem if € 16 will be required for this, but I expect a reasonable packaging for the surcharge of 3.45 €.

And since all pills were still within the "MHD" period, that's acceptable to me.

We have different packages in different colors.

And with all respect, we have aroun 2-3% complains, and 80% of that complains are problems that postcompany is late or package is gone. So big regular companies will be very happy with that service numbers.
