The more important problem is not the patent protection but the fact, that the brand "Cialis" is a registered trade mark! The company "Lilly" assumed even at levels of less than 100 pills "acting in the course of trade or business" and sent warning letters with high lawyer bills, because they set the amount at issue to 10.000 € and more.

For customers, who receive only a small number of Cialis in a package (e.g. with a "Superdeal package"), this is no problem. Indeed, the order of a larger quantity is a high risk!

And the most important point of view is: Nobody will take pills, which are not manufactured under controlled medical circumstances! Even if they contain Tadalafil.

Wird bei einem Produkt der Anschein erweckt es handele sich um das Original-Produkt, spricht man von einer Fälschung. Mit dem "guten" Namen und den guten (?) "Tabs mit Tadalafil" sind Nachahmerpräparat = Generika. Es werden gleiche oder ähnliche Inhaltsstoffe verwendet aber das Produkt sieht anders aus und ist anders verpackt. Der Kunde kann sofort erkennen oder wird darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass es sich NICHT um das Originalpräparat handelt. Generika aus indischer Produktion werden hier empfohlen, da sie erfahrungsgemäß eiwandfrei funktionieren. Sie sind aber nicht in D zugelassen bzw. ist der deutsche Markt durch die Patentrechte der Orginalhersteller geschützt.

Sehr gut. Da sieht man doch mal wieder den Mehrwert dieses Forums für Verbraucher und Shopbetreiber !

Überlege mir noch einmal bei SEP zu bestellen, weil ich dann einen größeren Vorrat für die nächste Zeit hätte. Insbesondere da jetzt auch Dapox-only im Produktportfolio enthalten ist und ich auch nicht sehr viele Vidalista 60 bestellt hatte. Hat jmd. Erfahrungen mit Dapoxy Shree Venkatesh? Scheinbar haben die ja eine gute Rille zum Teilen, weil mir 60mg Dapox wg. den Nebenwirkungen etwas viel sind !

Muss nur überlegen, ob ich wg. dem Spezialangebot (4 freie Produkte) noch heute bestelle oder auf eine gute August-Sonderaktion warte . Werde dann natürlich berichten wie die Bestellung dieses Mal ablief, aber derzeit sind ja eigentlich alle Rückmeldungen positiv (abgesehen von einer nicht ganz vollständigen Lieferung).
