They are encrypted, as always with CMS webshop software. But they can be decrypted.
SSL certificicates are only to show the visitor that data is encrypted. Then it will show also https instead of http.
All is very usefull in case of transmitting data like for bank account and creditcarddetails. but we do not have this option for German customers (due to regulations of payment providers for selling these products)

Anyway, we have choosen to delete the saved data (customer and orders) after a period of one month. That is the most secure way so far as we can think of for us and you.

Im Allgemeinen werden keine Mehrwertsteuer erhoben, wenn es um Unternehmer aus anderen EU-Ländern geht. Waren oder Dienstleistungen an Kunden, die nicht Unternehmer sind, werden in der Regel mit 21% niederländische Mehrwertsteuer erhoben.

Richtig, wenn an EU-Geschäftskunden verkauft wird, die eine Umsatzsteuer-Id.Nr. angeben.

Das ist aber nur richtig innerhalb enger Umsatzgrenzen für Lieferungen ins EU-Ausland und auch nur, wenn diese Steuer vom Verkäufer an das holländische Finanzamt abgeführt wird und mit gezahlter Vor- oder Einfuhrumsatzsteuer für eure Importe verrechnet wird.
Mir ist kein Shop für PDE5-Hemmer-Generika bekannt, der das macht (aus gutem Grund!) und ich kann nicht glauben, dass SEP das tut. Falls doch, dann bereitet euch gut auf eine mögliche Prüfung durch eure Steuerbehörde vor
