We don t understand the last 2 questions here? We have sent al customers an email or track and trace code, what is the problem?
User kahe63 said that his status remains at "arrived in destination country" and does not change since then. Es scheint als würde die Sendung nicht mehr ankommen. Ich wurde gebeten bei der Post nach meiner Sendung zu fragen ob die mir bezüglich der Sendung weiterhelfen können. Die haben mich auf den Absender verwiesen. Nun reagiert der Shopinhaber nicht mehr auf meine Emails. Jemand noch eine Idee was ich machen kann?Vortexo hat geschrieben: ↑Montag 27. So now we are wondering if something went wrong because order is now about 9 working days ago and no status update occured. As Dieter666 pointed out that german customs are holding packages. We both still hope that parcel will arrive though.
