hab mal angefragt: Iain schreibt hierzu:
"We can only currently accept a bank transfer as form of payment. All the details will be given during the checkout process."

Das ist schade, auf den Kontoauszügen will ich die Abbuchungen nicht haben..
Und extra-Konto anlegen ist auch keine wirkliche Lösung.

ich habe am 28.03 eine Bestellung aufgegeben und noch am gleichen Tag das Geld per Überweisung gezahlt.
Jetzt sehe ich auf der Homepage meine Bestellung wurde gecancelt. Was ist da los?

If you have sent the money but the order is showing as cancelled, this can happen for one of two reasons:

1. Your payment has not been received by our bank yet (It can take up to 5 business days to arrive - although it is typically 1-2 days)
2. Payment has been received but we were unable to match it to your order using the Name on the Bank Account or Reference Number used.

The second option is the more likely of the two - especially if payment has been made using an account name different to the order name and it cannot be matched due to the reference number being incorrect/incomplete/missing.

Please contact me though the HelpDesk with further details and I will look into this for you.

Yes. We are the same company. However I believe that, as Diavolo has pointed out, Tadalafil is £55.00 GBP. It is likely therefore that you may be confusing the GBP price with the EUR price.
There is a box at the top of each page for you to select the currency. The currency is calculated using the exchange rate of our bank at the time.
