We have noticed that one shipment to a DHL packstation has been send back to us due to the fact "The shipment does not meet our dispatch conditions and is being returned to sender"
Could mean they scan the envelop and know what is inside and refused it.
We do always guarantee to the customer we will send a new shipment but hesitate to send it again to a DHL Packstation.....

Do any of you readers know an alternative way?

We ship in a white envelop, very discrete, with no sender details on the outside. Normally we send by PostNL, with Track&Trace, and this gives no problems.
In Holland we do send sometimes orders to a PostNL "Parcelshop" called PakjeGemak, where you can collect your parcel only with an ID. Very discrete.
Is this also possible in Germany ?

i can't imagine that. but the minimal size of the envelop must be at least 15 x 11 x 1 cm (and no registered letters are allowed). maybe the enveloop was just a little too thin?

say, for some reasons i am a little confused about your privacy policy. is it possible to order without getting into a customer list and stuff?

Packages adressed to a german Packstation require a certain minimum/maximum size, im pretty sure your package didnt meet those requirements so it was returned.

"Postfach" or "Wunschfiliale" could possibly be an alternative option for your customers.
