Meine erste Lieferung kam ja nicht an, weil er es versichert an die Packstation geschickt hat. Deswegen ging sie nach gut 2 Wochen wieder zurück an den Absender nach England.

Die zweite Lieferung ist schon 10 Tage unterwegs und wird wohl auch nicht bei mir ankommen, weil er dieses Mal mit "Sendungsnachweis" verschickt hat, was auch nicht mit der Packstation kompatibel ist.

Mittlerweile zieht sich die Geschichte schon 5 Wochen hin und ich warte immer noch

I have sent 100s of packets to various pack stations with a 99.9% success rate of delivery.
And hundreds of thousands of packets all over the world in the past 25 years with very little problem.

The problem with your first packet was entirely my fault

In my wish to get promote new business in Germany and get your parcel deliver to you fast I paid £10.00 for tracking. (A costly mistake for me)

I was not aware that a packet station is unmanned post box. ( I know now)

Now all packets to packet stations are sent with our proof of posting which seem to have a very good success rate so far.

(I have has your first packet sent back to me to day Sat 10th)

Bearing in mind I sent you your second packet on the 7th and no extra cost to you to try and solve this most unfortunate problem.

I understand your frustration and can only once again apologize for the delay by UK post or German post whichever is to blame neither of which is my fault.

In any event we are a fully professional company and would not have survived for over 25 years in this trade without looking after our customers 110%.

Your order is fully protected by me personally and at the end of the day if all fails we will refund you your purchase price.

To all members I am truly sorry for my recent post.
I am new to the forum and not 100% up to speed with policy yet.
I was trying to help with a problem but unfortunately created a problem.
Please be assured this was a one off error and will never happen again
