We try to do our best, a lot of German posting at this forum we don't understand so well, also the board/forum rules, so please, we hope you understand us when we do something wrong here, please say it to us.
We want also learn from the problems by delivering and communicating to German clients.
For your information:
our software from our webshop can not handle gmail.accounts, the automatic response email can NOT reach clients with a gmail account
the contactformulier was not good working, so maybe we missed emails from clients, our excuses
some emails from clients to us are comming in the spambox, so sometime we don t see it directly
we are not 24 hours a day online, we try to answer questions quickly, but it takes also time, for sure questions about delevering, please understand that banktransfer from Germany to Holland needs longer time, also Post delivering from Holland to Germany.
we are now bussy to handle the offers and questions from clients, and also DHL Packstation is new for us, we are bussy tot deliver that orders, but need little more time.
also we try to put better and more information in German on our website, so nouw we have all dates from the products put here

Please give us the change too solve the little problems and give us time first too sent the orders, later we want give extra service by sending every customer who order by us email them a track and trace code from Post NL or DHL from their order, so they can follow the order.
Poppers we stopped with, because of the stories it can be dangerous, and that we don't want.
Note! We Always want too deliver the orders and good quality. When there is a problem by delivering, we will solve it, but sometimes take time, we hope you can understand that.
Questions in English we can better response, because we understand that question better.
