Ich habe am 21.12.2014 bei Kamagra 1st bestellt.
Bisher ein sehr seriöser Eindruck. Der Shopinhaber antwortete schnell und das Paket wurde angeblich am 22.12 verschickt.

Als das Paket am 6. Januar noch immer nicht da war, entschied ich mich mal nachzufragen was denn los ist. Shopinhaber Lain antwortete schnell und vertrösete mich mit den Worten, dass ja momentan Weihnachtsstress ist und das das Paket sicher noch kommt.
Leider ist bis heute nichts! angekommen, Geld wurde aber schon von KK abgebucht. Auf meine Nachricht, dass das Paket auch nicht nach 21 Tagen angekommen ist, folgte die Info, es hätte schon da sein müssen es wird nochmal versendet. Auf meine Frage, ob man das Paket versichert versenden könnte, wird nicht mehr geantwortet. Nun habe ich mich entschlossen vom Kaufvertrag zurückzutreten. Im Falle das das Paket wider erwarten doch noch ankommen sollte, sende ich es selbstverständlich zurück. Leider auch hier keine Antwort mehr...

With regards to the currency, there is a box at the top of the website entitled: "Wählen Sie Ihr Land aus". Here you can change the currency showing from £GBP into €EUR at the current rate of exchange as given by our bank. As this box has been missed by you however, I will take the information and look to amend or highlight it in some way so that it is easier to see and use.

Thank you for pointing out the error in description. I will have out team look at and amend that as a matter of urgency.

For the generic products, including Vardenafil, it would be difficult to provide the exact brand and expiry date as it would sometimes need to be updated on a daily even hourly basis. This is because we supply large amounts of these products on a daily basis and the brand and expiry dates can vary. We used to do this, however we found that when we did provide this information on the website and someone subsequently received a different brand or expiry date to the one displayed either at the time of ordering or receiving the product, then we received complaints which cost both money and time to resolve.

I will see if there is a better way of doing this. (Unless someone here can think of one). Perhaps including something on the product page to say ; "If you require any specific information about the product such as brand, manufacturer or expiry date, please contact us and we will contact our warehouse before responding to your enquiry."

Ich habe am 04.02. bestellt und heute war die Ware hier. Lediglich die Verpackung war so, das man von aussen fühlen konnte was sich in der Luftpolsterumschlag befindet. Ich bin mit dem Ablauf zufrieden.
Leider bekomme ich seit der Bestellung vermehrt Spammails von Pillenanbietern... ob das auch wirklich mit der Bestellung zusammenhängt kann ich nicht sagen.

I think that is a good way to handle it, some customers prefer certain generic brands due to reasons like tolerance of the drug or effectiveness.

One more problem I have making a selection on your website: choosing Tadalafil for example will not give me information about the dose of the agent, so I have to assume it is standard 20mg. This information should be available at first sight, like it is with the Eriacta 100mg and others.

Hi Iain,
I ordered a couple of years ago some Snovitra and they worked excellent. Than I changed to KE which is at the moment not so fast in the delivery.
My Feedback to the new shop is that I miss the Display of the total order amount when I want to order more than 1 blistercard. To Show the total amount of 5 Blisters e.g. I have to Change into the cart.
