The Super P Force is Out of Stock. We have informed you of this and asked you in the emails if we can send an alternative product (of your choice) to the same value. However instead of replying with your choice, it would appear you have simply written a separate email to us of non delivery which has caused confusion. Perhaps the sentiment behind our email to you has been lost in translation?

Please contact me through the website by replying to the latest thread. We can then hopefully look to reslove this to your satisfaction.

OK ist ja nicht genug - Du müsstest doch schreiben, welches Produkt Du möchtest, oder sehe ich das falsch?

Ja, Lain möchte wissen ob er ein alternatives Produkt im selben Wert schicken kann und braucht daher die Info, welches Produkt gewünscht wird.

Ein Alternativprodukt zu P-Force gibt es ja so nicht direkt. Er möchte sicher wissen, ob er statt dessen Silden, Varden oder sonst ein Produkt für das Geld senden soll.
