You can get track and trace code by just buying it online. That doesn't mean you actually shipped it and could be the explanation why the status never changes
no you cant buyt that online and if we dont sent here will be every day more than 10 complains , so do nt talk stupid, we can not work so long if we don t sent orders
and we have photos from the track and trace prints from the different postshops where we bring the orders
ps we start today with a test too sent more orders as a package, so no envelop, cause by packages we have no loosing orders, also envelops without track so normal post we loose almost nothing... we try find better solution for the loosing orders by post, but still 97% goes well in first time

You are obliged to put a sender name on shipments that go outside of NL (check that on the Post NL website). Maybe thats the reason why you lose so much shipments. Also post workers can easier steal packages without sender name (they know that noboy can complain if there is no sender name) and you make yourself an easy target without sender name because its suspicious.

....leider auch bei mir Enttäuschung. Nach 5 top Bestellungen kam von meiner Bstlg. von 02.12.21 nichts an. Mails blieben unbeantwortet. Dem Shop nochmals eine Chance gegeben am 23.12, hat geklappt. Nicht mal eine Woche später war die Lieferung da. Am 22.02 22 erneut bestellt und nichts geliefert. Mails blieben unbeantwortet. Nach Erfahrungen anderer "Opfer" dann schließlich auf dieser Seite hier gelandet. Interessant was hier so alles diskutiert wird, herzlichen Dank dafür!
Habe jetzt erneut an die "hotmail" Adresse und an die mit der "zendesk" Endung geschrieben, vllt. tut sich jetzt was. Es sind immerhin 82,50€ und 52€ die auch bei mir nicht im Gemüsebeet wachsen
