First of all : Please send us FIRST your complain and when not satisfied you can complain on the forum. Now you have choosen to inform the forum about this first, herby also our honest and true answer, for all members to be read.
Regarding the 4 free products (Sildalist, Cobra, Polo and Toreo) : this Special Angebot we have published Juli 22 on the forum, and is applicabale untill Juli 31, 2015. : Your order is from July 17, 2015, therefore on the packinglist it was not stated. We indeed send some free samples, as promised because of the miscommunication and delay, but these had nothing to do with the Special Angebot which was from July 22 till July 31.....
Regarding Shipment Track and Trace by PostNL. : We have send your shipment (and ALL shipments to Germany by PostNL) in this way. Why the postman did not ask you personally to sign for the parcel, we do not know and to be honest we are not able to controll as Deutsche Post is not (yet) part of PostNL.

But we from SEP can see according to
https://www.internationalparceltracking.com that somebody signed for it at your home-adress. I have send a PN with the link to the details of this shipment so you can check yourself. Note : Deutsche Post will deliver even if you are not at home. Rules in Germany are differeent than the ones in Holland for Track&Trace :
